Position Overview
Syndication Analysts support lending and investment teams by managing the process of distributing loans or investment opportunities to a network of investors. The role blends financial analysis, deal structuring, and investor communications, helping to ensure smooth execution and strong participation in syndicated transactions.

These roles often involve close collaboration with bankers, portfolio managers, investors, legal teams, and operations professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in structuring and executing syndicated loan transactions, private placements, or other multi-investor deals

Prepare and review syndication materials, including offering memoranda, investor presentations, and term sheets

Support investor outreach and communications to maximize participation in syndicated deals

Maintain tracking of investor commitments, allocations, and documentation

Conduct financial analysis of underlying assets or borrowers to support syndication strategy

Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure accurate execution and documentation

Generate internal reports and dashboards on deal progress, investor participation, and syndication metrics

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and investor behavior to inform syndication strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field

Understanding of syndicated lending, structured finance, or capital markets transactions

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for investor and internal interactions

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM or deal tracking tools is a plus

Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Interest in loan syndication, structured finance, and investor relations
