Cross-Border M&A Analyst
to support

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain
financial models
(3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution) for international M&A transactions

across multiple geographies
Support
live cross-border M&A deals, capital markets, and restructuring engagements
Prepare
pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations
for multinational clients
Assist with
due diligence, data room management, and transaction execution
across multiple jurisdictions
Collaborate with senior bankers and global teams on
deal strategy and execution
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
Strong skills in
financial modeling, valuation, and international deal analysis
Excellent
