Corporate Production Manager

A company is looking for a Corporate Production Manager to provide high-level support to branch employees across all company systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver daily support for employees through internal ticketing, calls, and video conferences for system-related issues
Provide guidance and troubleshooting for Encompass and other systems, assisting users with various loan-related topics
Manage the Loan Support Queue, ensuring timely resolution of requests while collaborating with team members

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of loan processing experience in a mortgage operations environment
2+ years of hands-on experience with Encompass LOS and its functionalities
Experience in training or mentoring team members on LOS systems preferred
Working knowledge of mortgage industry processes and applicable regulatory guidelines
Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA loan programs
