Providing high-level support to branch employees, the full-time remote Corporate Production Manager will manage system-related issues, offer expert troubleshooting for Encompass LOS, and ensure smooth loan operations across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver daily support through an internal ticketing system and direct communication for system-related issues
Provide hands-on guidance and troubleshooting for Encompass and other systems, assisting users with various loan processing topics
Monitor and manage the Loan Support Queue, ensuring timely resolution of requests while collaborating with team members
Required qualifications:
2+ years of loan processing experience in a mortgage operations environment
2+ years of hands-on experience with Encompass LOS, including troubleshooting and workflow understanding
Experience in training or mentoring team members on loan processes and systems preferred
Working knowledge of mortgage industry processes, disclosures, and regulatory guidelines
Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA loan programs
