Role Introduction

We are currently seeking motivated individuals who enjoy assisting customers and supporting travel preparation to join our team as Remote Customer Travel Specialist. In this position, you will help guide clients through important steps of organizing their trips while ensuring their arrangements remain accurate and up to date.

This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and building knowledge within the travel services field while operating in a flexible online environment. Training materials and ongoing mentorship are available to help you succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with coordinating vacation components such as accommodations, transportation, cruises, and experiences
Review traveler preferences to help identify suitable destination options
Provide helpful planning insight based on available supplier resources
Communicate with clients through email, messaging platforms, and phone support when appropriate
Collaborate with travel partners to confirm reservation details
Monitor current travel offers and updates that may benefit clients
Maintain accurate documentation of trip details within internal systems
Support customers throughout various stages of their travel preparation timeline
Preferred Qualifications

Interest in customer-focused travel support services
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple planning requests
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer navigation and internet research familiarity
Must be at least 18 years old
Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico , Spain or another qualifying region
