What You'll Do

Generate and close new business through door‑to‑door outreach, cold calls, presentations, and networking

Build creative, "out‑of‑the‑box" sales strategies-and measure what works

Qualify leads, manage the pipeline, and close deals that move the needle

Build strong, lasting relationships by understanding client goals and needs

Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets

Research accounts, follow up on leads, and keep opportunities moving

Attend sales meetings, events, and trainings to stay ahead of the curve

Track performance and provide insights using sales and financial data

Grow and maintain a strong client base within your assigned territory

Who Wins in This Role
You're confident, motivated, and energized by results. You bring:

3–5 years of sales experience in the field services industry

A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals

Experience with CRMs (Smart Service a plus)

Strong pipeline management and sales strategy skills

Tech‑savvy mindset and data‑driven approach

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills

Self‑motivation, discipline, and competitive drive

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if needed

A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your territory

Residence in-or willingness to relocate to-Lansing, Detroit, or Grand Rapids - this role will serve all 3 locations
