Job Summary
Osmo is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale its digital growth engine and digital presence across both B2B and consumer-facing touchpoints. This role requires a rare blend of analytical rigor and creative instinct—someone who can build and optimize performance marketing programs while shaping a differentiated, consumer-grade brand presence across content, social, and owned channels. This person will be directly responsible for driving qualified leads, pipeline growth, and measurable revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities
Lifecycle & CRM (HubSpot)

Own and optimize lifecycle marketing across email and CRM (HubSpot), with a focus on conversion and pipeline impact

Build and scale lead nurturing flows that move prospects efficiently from inbound -> qualified lead -> sales

Develop segmentation, scoring, and automation strategies grounded in data and performance insights

Paid Media, SEO & Performance

Oversee paid acquisition across channels (search, paid social, retargeting)

Lead all SEO efforts to establish Osmo as a top-ranked result on Google organic search and within AI platforms

Manage external media agency, holding them accountable to clear KPIs, performance targets, and continuous optimization

Run structured testing across creative, targeting, and channels to improve CAC and conversion rates

Website & Conversion Optimization (Webflow)

Own website performance and optimization (Webflow required)

Build and iterate on landing pages with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Continuously analyze user behavior and performance data to improve funnel efficiency

Organic Social & Content

Oversee Osmo’s social presence across platforms

Develop a consumer-centric, DTC-inspired content and social strategy tailored to a B2B audience (indie brands, founders, creators)

Support content creation and distribution across owned channels, including Substack

Growth & Analytics

Own full-funnel reporting — from traffic -> leads -> qualified pipeline -> closed-won revenue

Identify opportunities to improve CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity

Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that clearly tie marketing efforts to business outcomes

Qualifications

8+ years in digital or growth marketing across B2B2C, DTC, or hybrid environments

Highly data-centric — comfortable digging into performance data, identifying insights, and using them to drive decisions

Results-obsessed — measures success by impact, not activity

Strong experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and lifecycle marketing

Hands-on experience with Webflow and landing page optimization

Proven ability to manage and hold external agencies accountable to measurable performance improvements

Deep familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)

Experience building or managing DTC-style social and content strategies

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment

Ways to Stand Out

Experience writing or managing Substack or newsletter content

Background in fragrance, beauty, or consumer brands

Experience marketing to founders, indie brands, or creators

Salary Range: $104k-$130k
