Key Responsibilities
Lead Customer Success and Technical Support organizations, including managing teams
Develop and implement customer experience strategies for enterprise growth
Act as the executive voice of the customer, providing insights to Product and Engineering teams
Required Qualifications
Significant experience in leading Customer Success or Technical Support teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
Experience managing technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Support Engineers or Customer Success Managers
Proven ability to build or transform post-sales operating models for enterprise customers
Strong metrics-driven approach to assess customer health and team performance
Familiarity with AI applications to enhance customer experience and team productivity
