Director of Marketing
Salary Range:
$70k - $80k annually / DOQ

Purpose of Position:
Coordinate all marketing activities and initiatives across the organization
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and implement social media posts that align with business goals along with managing social media accounts
Perform pre-launch QA of all display or social campaigns
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions, competitions, giveaways, etc.
Help with brainstorming and executing content for platforms that aligns with company's image and initiatives
Develop and manage internal communication (i.e. custom newsletters)
Assist with graphic design projects
Work with Digital Marketing Coordinator on video/photographic production
Assist with managing all marketing campaigns (digital, social, billboard, SEO etc…) in partnership with Marketing Manager
Organize, plan, and manage industry trade shows in partnership with Marketing Manager
Working with Ecommerce Team on website updates related to marketing, branding, news, etc. in partnership with Marketing Manager
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field
2+ years of experience in a similar position
Experience working in a fast paced, growing environment
Graphic Design experience
Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS)
Well organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Above average written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools

Compensation
includes a salary commensurate with experience, participation in group insurance plans upon eligibility, paid time off, sick leave, parental leave and more. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees and their dependents that includes:
Two (2) Medical Plans, with GrowGeneration contributing 80% to employee only coverage and 50% to employee + dependent(s) coverage

Part-time employees are eligible for up to six (6) days of paid sick leave (subject to state and local laws), two (2) weeks of paid parental leave, and participation in the 401k. Employees that move from part-time to full-time status may receive less than ten (10) PTO days based on their anniversary date. Benefits may be subject to generally applicable eligibility, waiting period, contribution, and other requirements and conditions.
