About the Internship
Are you curious about how artists get booked at venues around the world? The Booking Agent Assistant Internship offers a hands‑on learning experience where you’ll work directly with our booking agents and artist management team. You’ll gain valuable insight into the music industry, talent relations, and live event coordination.
Responsibilities
Assist booking agents with venue and talent research
Support client and artist communications
Help organize tour schedules, itineraries, and logistics
Provide administrative support for accounting and documentation
Contribute to artist management and event coordination tasks
Qualifications
Must be eligible to receive
college credit
(required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Dependable, detail‑oriented, and punctual
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Passion for music—especially the
pop‑punk
scene
Prior experience booking shows or events is a plus, but not required
