Role Overview
We are seeking a Human Centered Design Experience Arquitect with a deep background in Human Centered Design (HCD) and the finance domain . You will translate complex financial workflows, such as treasury, forecasting, and capital planning into intuitive digital architectures. You will partner with a dedicated research team to turn user insights into experience blueprints and strategic roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Architecture: Develop experience blueprints, journey maps, and personas specifically for financial user groups.
- Insight Synthesis: Translate research findings into actionable design strategies for complex financial applications.
- Collaboration: Work alongside finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders to align application vision with technical constraints and user needs.
- Validation: Participate in benchmarking and usability testing to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in UX/HCD, Experience Architecture, or Digital Strategy.
- Domain: Proven experience designing for financial systems (e.g., billing, dashboards, reporting, or accounting).
- Skills: Strong mastery of HCD methodologies (Design Thinking, synthesis, root cause analysis).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, UX/HCI, or a related field.
- Compliance: Ability to navigate complex regulatory and business requirements within the design process.
