We’re looking for a commercially minded Creative Director with strong creative instincts and a proactive approach to lead the end‑to‑end creative vision across BeFun’s brands, including TOSSWARE.
This role is responsible for shaping how our brand shows up across product, packaging, website, and marketing, from concept through execution. You will lead the development of product graphics, seasonal collections, and brand creative, while partnering closely with our lead designer to bring ideas to life across all channels. This is a hands‑on, ownership‑driven role for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, product, and consumer trends, and who can both set the vision and push the work forward at a strong pace.
Essential Functions
- Lead the overall creative direction across product, packaging, website, and marketing
- Design prints, patterns, and product graphics for drinkware and lifestyle products (cups, tumblers, towels, totes, phone cases, etc.)
- Stay current on design, color, and consumer trends that are relevant and built to sell
- Develop core, seasonal and thematic collections
- Partner with Marketing to ensure designs are marketable and aligned with campaigns
