Talent Partner

Adobe, san jose, ca, United States

Salary min: $112,200.00

Salary max: $201,350.00

The Opportunity

Adobe’s innovation sits at the intersection of engineering excellence, AI advancement, and product vision. The talent we hire defines what we can build. We are looking for a Strategic Talent Partner who acts as a business consultant—not simply a requisition handler. This position will require knowledge of how Product Teams collaborate across segments like program management, product management, product marketing, engineering, design and research. You will elevate hiring field, drive accountability across hiring teams, apply AI‑enabled recruiting practices, and develop talent strategy that directly impacts business outcomes. This is a high‑impact role for someone who takes initiative, challenges constructively, and improves systems—not just fills roles.

What You Will Do

Own End-to-End Execution

  • Manage the entire recruitment process for intricate roles that could include Product Marketing, Product Management, Program Management and Strategy & Operations.
  • Build differentiated, insight‑based pipelines in competitive markets.
  • Close exceptional talent through strong collaborator alignment and thoughtful positioning.

Act as a Strategic Talent Advisor

  • Convert business priorities into clear, data‑driven recruitment strategies for Product and Product Marketing teams.
  • Bring strong market intelligence, talent mapping, and compensation insights to every search.
  • Establish hiring rigor—clear role definition, structured interviews, decision SLAs, and collaborator accountability.
  • Facilitate calibration and debrief conversations that raise the quality bar.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate hiring risks (market scarcity, leveling misalignment, interviewer capacity, offer competitiveness).

Drive Systems‑Level Hiring Excellence

  • Improve hiring predictability using funnel data, pipeline health metrics, and capacity insights.
  • Proactively identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with HRBP, Compensation, Finance, and Talent Ops to align realistic hiring strategies.
  • Protect and elevate candidate experience without compromising rigor.
  • Leverage AI to elevate talent work.
  • Apply AI‑enabled tools to improve sourcing precision, workflow efficiency, and insight generation.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in talent landscapes and emerging technical skill trends.
  • Experiment responsibly with automation and share guidelines that elevate team capability.

What You Bring

  • Over 8 years of recruiting experience, featuring extensive involvement and proven results in Product, Program, Product Marketing, Operations or Engineering hiring.
  • Proven track record of operating as a trusted advisor to senior technical and product leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to hold hiring teams accountable to structured processes and timelines.
  • Strong data proficiency and ability to translate insights into influence.
  • Advanced sourcing and competitive intelligence expertise.
  • Working knowledge and interest in AI‑enabled recruiting tools.
  • Executive presence, strong communication skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Ownership approach with a bias for action and continuous improvement.

Why Join Us?

  • Help build the future of talent acquisition within a dynamic and innovative organization.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated and encouraging team in a purpose‑focused environment.
  • Enjoy opportunities for professional growth and advancement in a fast‑paced, rewarding career.
