Overview
Role: Adobe Web Analyst. Highly proficient in the use of Adobe Analytics with a minimum of 7-10 years of recent experience as a web analyst on the Adobe platform. Strong analytical thought process and ability to interpret findings. Advanced Excel user, including experience with pivot tables, charts, and v-lookups. Strong communication and presentation skills. A basic understanding of statistical analysis. External campaign tracking experience, particularly for paid search, display, and email campaigns. Web content development/publishing experience, using an enterprise content management system (CMS). Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills. Adobe Analytics certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze web site analytics and raw data to formulate and present actionable recommendations to help drive business performance

Help define and recommend measurements, strategies, and reporting using data to drive valuable business decisions

Conduct ad hoc data analyses as needed

Help define, implement, and maintain the company's global standards for web analytics reporting

Work with Engineering, SEO, and Web Operations teams to establish, implement, and enforce global tagging standards

Understand business users\' needs and translate them to technical requirements for deploying new tracking functionality

QA and testing of new tracking features/implementations

Provide analytics insight and expertise covering a variety of digital channels including, mobile, search (paid and organic), display, social, and email

Generate and present multiple monthly marketing performance reports for a variety of business units and products

Identify optimization strategies to maximize conversion and revenue

Analyze web performance through use of visitor segmentation and marketing attribution

Create custom reports and dashboards on an ad hoc basis

Train new Adobe Analytics users and build a repository of web analytics training materials

Adobe Analytics user administration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/Master’s in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or other Technical discipline

Adobe Analytics experience (7-10 years preferred) and related certifications are a plus

Proficiency in analyzing web site analytics and raw data to drive business decisions

Experience with external campaign tracking (paid search, display, email)

Experience with web content development/publishing using an enterprise CMS

Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret findings

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Basic understanding of statistics
