The Roles

We are building out the Growth & Marketing team at Pam across a few specific areas: social, customer stories, partner marketing, events, marketing operations, growth systems, and creative.


Our goal is simple: every dealership should know who Pam is, what Pam does, and why Pam matters.


This is a group listing.

You apply once, and based on your strengths, portfolio, and interests, we’ll determine where you can have the most impact.


We are not looking for general interest in marketing. We are looking for people who can contribute in one or more of these areas: writing, social, customer storytelling, events, email, lifecycle marketing, HubSpot, growth experiments, creative, design, research, or GTM automation.


FOCUS AREAS

Social Media

Build and run Pam’s social presence across LinkedIn, Meta, and short-form video.

You will help turn dealer wins, product launches, industry takes, customer stories, founder ideas, event recaps, and behind-the-scenes moments into content that makes Pam impossible to ignore.


Best fit if you write with personality, understand social platforms, have strong creative instincts and planning, and can move quickly across copy, design, and video.


Customer Stories & Proof

Build Pam’s proof engine.

You will help turn customer results into case studies, testimonials, video clips, website proof points, social posts, sales materials, and email campaigns.

That means talking to dealers, asking good questions, finding the real story, pulling in performance data, and packaging it in a way that feels credible and clear.


Best fit if you are a strong writer, comfortable speaking with customers, and know how to turn outcomes into narrative.


Partner Marketing & Events

Support Pam’s partner marketing and event presence.

You will help coordinate co-marketing with integration partners through joint campaigns, co-branded content, webinars, emails, launch moments, and event activations.

You will also support event marketing for major automotive conferences like NADA, DMSC, Digital Dealer, and other industry events.

This can include pre-event campaigns, attendee outreach, booth messaging, logistics, on-site coordination, post-event follow-up, and recap content.


Best fit if you are organized, a strong communicator, and the kind of person who follows through on every detail.


Marketing Ops & Email

Help build the engine behind Pam’s growth motion.

You will work across HubSpot, email, lifecycle campaigns, lead routing, segmentation, reporting, and marketing automation.

This can include:

  • Lead nurture sequences
  • Re-engagement campaigns
  • Product update emails
  • Event follow-up campaigns
  • List segmentation
  • Lead scoring and routing
  • Reporting dashboards
  • A/B testing


Best fit if you think in funnels, care about clean data, and like making systems work better.


Growth

Help build the systems that turn attention, interest, and intent into pipeline.

You will work across HubSpot workflows, lead routing, lifecycle campaigns, reactivation, website conversion, referral programs, enrichment, reporting, and experiments.

Best fit if you are technical, scrappy, analytical, and creative. You like building systems, testing ideas, shipping pages, and finding leverage where others see manual work.


Creative & Design

Support the visual output of the Growth & Marketing team.

You will help create ad creative, social graphics, sales decks, one-pagers, case study layouts, launch assets, website visuals, event materials, and campaign concepts.

You will also help build templates and design systems that keep Pam’s marketing consistent as the team scales.


Best fit if you have strong taste, a portfolio with range, and the ability to move quickly across formats.
