The Role
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help make Pam instantly understandable, compelling, and trusted by dealerships, customers, and the market.
Our goal is simple:
every dealership should know who Pam is, what Pam does, and why Pam matters.
Pam is growing quickly. We are shipping new capabilities, launching new integrations, expanding into new workflows, and supporting more dealership teams every week.
This role is part of the Growth & Marketing team and works closely with product, sales, customer success, and leadership. You will turn product updates, roadmap moments, customer insights, and competitive learnings into clear narratives, strong launches, customer communications, sales enablement, and market-facing campaigns.
Your job is to make sure people understand what Pam does, why it matters, and why it is different.
What You Will Do
Partner closely with product, customer success, and leadership to turn roadmap moments, product updates, and customer insights into clear marketing narratives.
Own ongoing product communications, including:
Product newsletters
Changelogs and release notes
Webinars and customer education
In-platform or lifecycle messaging
Coordinate product launches across:
Website
Email
Social
Customer communications
Internal announcements
Product one-pagers
Launch briefs
Battle cards
FAQs
Track competitors and market trends across automotive AI, dealership technology, voice AI, customer experience, and service automation.
Turn competitive insights into useful messaging, enablement, and campaign ideas for sales, marketing, and leadership.
Ensure Pam’s product story is consistent, accurate, polished, and easy to understand everywhere it appears.
