Associate Marketing Manager
Position Summary The Associate Marketing Manager role supports the planning and project management of marketing tactics and ongoing projects within women's health and dermatology division of Mayne Pharma. This role contributes to brand maintenance, campaign execution, and digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands. The ideal candidate has foundational experience in digital marketing at an agency or similar with basic operational knowledge of SEO and or SEM, website infrastructure, and project management. Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and launching multichannel marketing campaigns (digital, email, paid search, web, and field support materials)
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including medical, regulatory, legal, sales, and external agencies
Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Work closely with IT and assigned agency to ensure all technical aspects (redirects, QR codes, outbound and inbound links, data capture) is implemented correctly and compliantly
Support website content updates and campaign landing page development with internal or agency web teams
Monitor and report performance metrics and recommend optimization actions
Ensure all marketing materials meet pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance standards
Assist with conference, event, and promotional material planning as needed
Digital & Technical Responsibilities
Assist in partnership with 3rd party agency SEM activities such as keyword selection, bid optimization recommendations, beta testing, flight recommendations
Collaborate with web teams on:
Landing page creation and updates
Basic site structure and navigation considerations
Tagging and tracking implementation
Apply basic SEO best practices to marketing content (metadata, keyword usage, on-page structure)
Help review website performance metrics using analytics tools
Project manage and the creation and execution of CRM emails in partnership with 3rd party agency
Understand of basic HTML email functionality, performance metrics
Ability to make recommendations and troubleshoot technical issues with emails
Familiarity with list rental, unsubscribe, and can-spam compliance
Support A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in agency and or healthcare industries
Basic knowledge of Google SEM and paid search campaign structure
Basic understanding of SEO principles and on-page optimization
Basic knowledge of website infrastructure concepts (landing pages, tracking tags, page structure)
Experience working in regulated marketing environments preferred
Strong project coordination and organizational skills
Ability to travel up to 25%
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare product launches
Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics or similar tools)
Experience working with marketing agencies or digital vendors
Exposure to CRM and marketing automation platforms
Understanding of compliance and review processes in regulated industries
