About the movement
We’re building SchoolSafeZone — a parent/teacher-led movement focused on healthier phone boundaries in schools and better learning environments. Social media is how we rally people, share stories, and turn attention into action.
What you’ll do
Grow our presence
across LinkedIn and Facebook Groups (and wherever momentum is).
Create a simple weekly content plan
(what we’re posting, why, and the call-to-action).
Write and publish content
(posts, short scripts, captions, carousels, basic edits, reposts).
Repurpose content
(turn one idea into multiple formats across platforms).
Engage daily
(comments, replies, DMs, joining relevant conversations, boosting allies).
Build community loops : highlight parent/teacher stories, wins, local efforts, and practical tips.
Coordinate with the team
to make sure messaging stays consistent and we’re pushing the right priorities (signups, forum engagement, volunteers, school pilots).
What “good” looks like (first 30–60 days)
A consistent posting cadence (ex: 4–6 posts/week across platforms + daily engagement).
Clear, repeatable content pillars (ex: stories, stats, solutions, action steps).
Growth in
meaningful
metrics: comments, saves, shares, DMs, email signups, community registrations.
A lightweight content system so posting doesn’t depend on one person.
