About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Insurance & Accounts Executive
to support our operations. This role combines insurance claims processing, direct billing coordination, and finance support, working closely with the Head of Accounts.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both operational work and financial analysis, and wants to grow into a broader finance/operations role.
Key Responsibilities
Insurance & Billing
Process insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
Liaise with insurance companies for direct billing approvals and follow-ups
Track outstanding claims and ensure timely reimbursements
Resolve billing discrepancies and documentation issues
Accounts & Bookkeeping
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping (AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations)
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist with month-end closing processes
Finance Support
Work with the Head of Accounts on financial forecasting
Track cash flow
Report on Profit & Loss (P&L)
Operations Support
Improve internal processes for claims and billing efficiency
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
2–5 years of relevant experience in insurance admin / claims processing OR accounts / bookkeeping OR a hybrid of both (preferred)
Familiarity with insurance claims or direct billing processes is a strong advantage
Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., bookkeeping, reconciliations, P&L)
Proficient in Excel (e.g., basic formulas, tracking)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good communication skills for liaising with insurers and internal teams
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare / clinic / insurance environment
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
Exposure to financial reporting or forecasting
