We're looking for an Ecommerce Creative Strategist who lives at the intersection of data and imagination. This role blends creative thinking with performance marketing — you'll develop winning ad concepts, analyze what's working, and use AI tools to scale creative production that drives measurable results for DTC brands.
What You'll Do
Creative Strategy & Concept Development
Research markets and competitors to find new creative angles and develop strong hooks for DTC products
Analyze ad performance data (CTR, CPC, conversions) to identify winning creative patterns
Write detailed, actionable briefs for video and static ads guiding designers, editors, and UGC creators
Develop scroll-stopping creative that balances brand storytelling with conversion-focused messaging
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Audit ad accounts and historical data to identify top-performing assets
Review ad performance regularly and refine creative direction based on results
Conduct creative audits across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure creative effectiveness and ROI
AI-Powered Creative Production
Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, generative video) for copywriting, ideation, and asset generation
Build scalable workflows that combine AI efficiency with human creative judgment
Use AI to accelerate testing velocity while maintaining brand consistency
Stay ahead of emerging tools and implement them strategically
Team Collaboration & Leadership
Manage UGC creators and oversee editors to ensure content aligns with strategy
Partner with media buyers, designers, and account managers for creative-media alignment
Lead the eCommerce Marketing team responsible for messaging and ad production
Present creative strategies and performance insights to clients and stakeholders
