Position:
Production Technician - Kiefel (Salaried, non-exempt)
As a Production Technician on the Kiefel production line, you will operate, monitor, and adjust the Kiefel machine, load and replenish production supplies, perform scheduled quality checks, inspect finished product, load and secure finished product, execute machine changeovers, document manufacturing logs, identify inefficiencies, test and package Inter-Plant Shipping Orders, and maintain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles.
What you will bring
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
At least 1-2 years Production Technician or manufacturing experience with duties including preventative maintenance, machine troubleshooting, etc.
Basic English written and oral communication skills adequate to communicate with other team members.
Understand verbal and written safety and quality instructions and read and comprehend written work instructions including words and drawings.
Basic mathematics; proficiency in using a calculator and measurement tools (calipers, snap gauges, rulers) and basic hand tools.
Physical Requirements
Ability to push/pull and lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand/walk continuously throughout the shift.
Normal visual acuity required.
Ability to squat, climb, reach above shoulder level, reach at or below shoulder level, twist and bend at the neck, twist and bend at the waist and balance.

Compensation:
$44,000.00 annually
