JOB DESCRIPTION
ALLConduct quarterly and/or annual Distributor business reviews
Create successful management and sales personnel incentive programs that obtain sales objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with key on and off premise accounts
Implement brand awareness through tastings, event and wine dinners
Manage Distributor at all levels to achieve brand objectives and profitable growth
Manage entire business within the designated area, travel required
Organize and execute market visits with key winery suppliers
Responsible for the Region's Financials which include Budgets, Depletions & Pricing
Work with our National Chain Account Manager and execute chain development on-time
QUALIFICATIONS
6-10 years of experience in the wine/spirits industry
Able and willing to lift and move cases of wine
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Certification through CMS, SWE, and/or WSET preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license

SALARY INFORMATION
Salary $110,000 to $120,000 + Bonus
