Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing and driving the division’s marketing initiatives. Utilize market research and analysis to direct marketing strategies and planning for Brunswick Billiards, Cue & Case, and American Heritage Billiards. Manage the Billiards Digital Coordinators & Graphic Designers in the creation, organization, and execution of engaging product content, including copy, images, and videos, for publication on ecommerce retail websites, social media websites, digital advertisements, and other consumer publications.

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Define and evolve brand positioning, value proposition, and target audience

Own brand architecture (how Brunswick, Cue & Case, and AHB differentiate and complement each other)

Ensure consistency across all touchpoints (digital, dealer, packaging, events)

Translate company strategy into brand-level strategic plans

Create effective marketing strategies that drive sales, awareness, and education around the best brands in billiards

Create and maintain engaging product and marketing copy for ecommerce websites, digital advertising, social media, and other consumer publications

Work with graphic designers and photographers in developing images, videos, and graphics, for ecommerce and social media websites

Work with Digital Marketing Coordinator to design and optimize all consumer content for publication to ecommerce retail websites

Work with our paid marketing contractors on digital marketing strategies to enhance our Direct to Consumer (DTC) websites

Utilize the latest AI tools to streamline marketing functions
Assist in the organization and integration of product content management software

Create and execute strategy, content, and analysis of social media campaigns

Create and execute online advertising campaigns

Manage Ambassadors, Influencers and our Pro Team.

Assist in the analysis and distribution of Google Analytics data and resulting strategy development

Work with sales and product management teams to execute ecommerce and B2B website retail strategies

Assist in the creation and execution of email campaigns

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising,

Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Creative design and editing skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator preferred

Knowledge of online platforms such as Shopify, Salsify, Klaviyo, Optimizely, Facebook Business Manager, AMS, Google Merchant Center, Asana, Jira, and ShareASale, (or other related services)

Ability to work effectively in a cross functional team environment

Physical Demands

Sitting, talking and listening at least 2/3 of the time

Lifting up to 25 pounds

Stooping and kneeling

Fine motor coordination

Working Conditions

Occasional domestic travel required
