- Execute and complete part production qualification deliverables, including Gage R&R, Measurement Correlation, Process Capability, and Process Validation.
- Perform investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventative actions for non-conformances of purchased components.
- Knowledge of Part Qualification, Process FMEAs, Process Validations, Measurement Correlation, and Process Capability.
- Drive suppliers to continuously improve business and manufacturing processes.
- Work with suppliers to improve quality, identify, and execute cost reductions and capacity improvements.
- Demonstrable knowledge in at least one manufacturing process: machined metal components, plastic molded parts, aluminum castings, electrical cables, PCAs, or motion control components (motors, brakes, sensors).
- 3-5 years of related experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Design Engineering.
- Preferred experience at a medical device or capital equipment company in a different industry.
- 25% travel domestically.
- Onsite 5 days a week at Sunnyvale, CA.
