Onsite Customer Experience Specialist

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the team onsite in Dayton, OH. The CSR will establish and maintain relationships with customers, manage communications, and ensure customer needs are met. Responsibilities include managing customer expectations, resolving concerns, and coordinating projects. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills and a high school education; 2 years of college and relevant experience are preferred. A strong knowledge of Salesforce.com and MS Office is beneficial.
