A2Sponge Operator

This role will be responsible for running all aspects of the sponge operation. Take direction from the department supervisor on a daily basis.

Essential Functions

Setup, operate and troubleshoot sponge manufacturing equipment to ensure the safe, efficient production of sponge sheets.

Perform visual inspection and property testing on sponge sheets in accordance with quality control procedures.

Work with engineering and production on continuous improvements, work instructions and six sigma projects as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education

1+ years of manufacturing experience

Mechanical aptitude
