We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Media Buyer) to join our team. What You’ll Be Doing:

Plan, launch, and manage high‑performing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other digital platforms

Turn ideas into results‑driven campaigns that generate leads, bookings, and sales

Continuously test and optimise creatives, audiences, and strategies to improve performance

Monitor campaign data daily and make smart, data‑backed decisions to scale what works

Work closely with the creative team to develop ads that not only look good but convert

Analyse performance and share insights to improve campaigns and overall marketing strategy

Explore new growth opportunities, trends, and platforms to stay ahead in the beauty space

Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution:

Develop and execute full‑funnel ad strategies (awareness – consideration – conversion)

Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads

Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and placements effectively

Ensure campaigns are structured properly for scalability and performance tracking

Optimisation & Testing:

Run A/B tests and experiments across creatives, audiences, and landing pages

Continuously improve key metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click‑Through Rate (CTR), and Conversion Rate

Balance lead volume and lead quality to ensure strong business outcomes

Analytics & Reporting:

Track, analyse, and interpret campaign performance across platforms

Prepare weekly reports with actionable insights and recommendations

Identify issues early and proactively optimise campaigns—not just report results

Creative & Strategy Collaboration:

Work closely with content and creative teams to produce high‑converting ad creatives

Provide direction on messaging, hooks, and angles based on performance data

Suggest improvements to landing pages and funnel experience

Growth & Innovation:

Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new ad formats

Monitor competitor activity within the beauty & wellness industry

Explore additional channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Reddit, Google) where relevant

Process & Scaling:

Build and document SOPs for campaigns and workflows

Maintain strong account hygiene (naming, tracking, exclusions, structure)

Support long‑term scaling and optimisation strategies

Who We’re Looking For:

Currently studying or have graduated in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

Passion for the beauty and retail industry; up‑to‑date with the latest trends

Experience in performance marketing/media buying, preferably in beauty, wellness, or retail

Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads

Proven ability to generate leads and drive conversions through paid ads

Analytical and proactive mindset—comfortable working with data and making decisions from it

Understanding of customer journey and marketing funnels

Familiar with tracking tools, analytics platforms, and ad optimisation techniques

Bonus, if you have:

Experience with LinkedIn Ads or Google Performance Max

Worked on beauty, skincare, or wellness campaigns

Understanding of pricing strategy testing or offer optimisation

Successfully scaled campaigns or launched new products
