Position Summary
The Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of the brand’s social media presence while producing engaging, on-brand content that drives growth. This role is highly hands-on, blending organization, creativity, and performance tracking to support marketing campaigns, creator partnerships, and overall brand visibility.

Essential functions

Always representing the company in a professional matter

Manage and maintain the social media content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Schedule, publish, and optimize content across all platforms

Oversee daily social activity, including Instagram Stories and real-time posting

Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely, brand-aligned manner

Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels

Track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations

Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices

Capture and produce photo and video content in-office, warehouse, and at company events

Create content with customers and partners on-site throughout the Los Angeles area

Shoot and edit short-form, UGC-style content aligned with trends and campaign initiatives

Translate marketing campaigns into engaging social-first content

Maintain an organized library of content assets for ongoing use

Assist in managing influencer and affiliate programs (Shopify Collabs, Billo, and other partnerships)

Support outreach to creators aligned with the brand

Coordinate product seeding for campaigns and launches

Track creator deliverables and timelines

Assist in monitoring and reporting on campaign and creator performance

Assist with general marketing and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications & Experience

2+ years of experience in social media management and/or content creation

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices

Experience creating content (photo/video editing skills preferred)

Familiarity with influencer/UGC platforms is a plus

Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar

Strong organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects

Ability to multitask and execute in a fast-paced environment

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics

Experience in fashion, apparel, or e-commerce is a plus

Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods during content shoots, events, and time spent in the warehouse. The position involves lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs, including product samples, boxes, and basic content equipment. The individual must be comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments with varying temperatures and noise levels. Frequent use of a computer, camera equipment, and mobile devices is required, along with the ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the workspace to capture content effectively.

Work Environment
This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office, with additional in-office days as needed based on content production, meetings, and events. The role includes regular travel within the Los Angeles area for on-site content creation, customer engagement, and creator collaborations. The position operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to respond to real-time content needs and shifting priorities.
