Graphic Designer/Production Artist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Artist to support product development through high-volume design execution. This role focuses on producing accurate, production-ready files using established templates and provided artwork.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and comfortable working on repetitive tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys technical design work rather than concept creation.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Overtime as needed based on project demands
Key Responsibilities
Execute product designs using pre-approved templates and provided assets
Generate large volumes of production-ready files with consistency and accuracy
Update and revise files based on changes to logos, colors, or brand guidelines
Maintain and organize production files efficiently
Ensure all files meet quality and production standards
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as needed
Communicate clearly regarding project updates and revisions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Ability to manage repetitive tasks without compromising accuracy
Solid understanding of design fundamentals (layout, spacing, composition, typography)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with pre-press or production design workflows
Familiarity with licensed or branded products
Knowledge of major sports leagues and team branding is a plus
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
