Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven
Business Development Specialist
to support business growth initiatives. This role focuses on
lead generation, market research, client relationship management, and strategic development
to expand the company's customer base and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long‑term business success
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets
Communicate effectively with potential clients and present tailored solutions
Provide excellent customer support and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals
Manage and track opportunities using CRM tools and sales pipelines
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in lead generation and prospecting
