Location: 6045 Bowdendale Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida, 32216
Shift and Schedule: Full-time | 3rd Shift | Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM. Flexibility required for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
We are seeking a Production Technician II to support operations in a state‑of‑the‑art aseptic manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining production and packaging equipment to maximize efficiency while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. The position also supports continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and maintain production and packaging equipment
Perform machine setup, changeovers, and minor adjustments
Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete basic repairs
Execute preventative and autonomous maintenance tasks (PM/AM)
Monitor production lines for quality and identify defective materials
Record production data and make process adjustments based on findings
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations
Perform machine changeovers and clean and sanitize all equipment
Total Rewards
Starting pay: $25.54 per hour. Pay increases to $26.90 per hour in the quarter after the 6‑month anniversary.

Requirements
2+ years of experience working with automated machinery and troubleshooting mechanical/electrical equipment
1+ year of experience monitoring production and performing quality checks
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Ability to perform basic math for production calculations and waste analysis
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently without assistance
Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and reaching overhead
Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment
Additional Requirements
Flexibility to work extended hours and across departments as needed
Aseptic manufacturing experience preferred
