The Opportunity

If you’re the person who’s always saving trending sounds, analyzing why a video went viral, or thinking “this brand could do this better” — this role is for you.

We’re looking for a creative, socially tapped-in Social Media Intern who understands what makes people stop scrolling and wants real hands-on experience building a brand’s presence. This isn’t a “just scheduling posts” internship — you’ll actively help shape content, test ideas, and contribute to growth.

Remote | 15–20 hours/week | Summer 2026 or Fall 2026 (12 weeks per season)


What You’ll Do

  • Pitch and develop scroll-stopping content ideas aligned with trends and brand voice
  • Create and support short-form video content (TikTok, Reels)
  • Identify and act on emerging trends, sounds, and formats quickly
  • Write captions that feel native to each platform (not overly “branded”)
  • Assist with posting, scheduling, and content organization
  • Track performance and identify what’s working (and what’s not)
  • Collaborate with the team on campaigns, product launches, and creative testing


What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You live on TikTok and Instagram — and understand platform culture intuitively
  • You know the difference between content that feels like an ad vs. content that performs
  • You’ve created content before (personal account, brand, or UGC)
  • You have basic video editing skills (CapCut, in-app tools, etc.)
  • You’re always spotting trends early — not after they peak
  • You’re creative, organized, and comfortable sharing ideas
  • You’re interested in wellness, health, supplements, or lifestyle brands

Bonus if:

  • You’ve gone viral (or know why something should have)
  • You’ve worked with brands, even casually
  • You understand UGC and creator-style content
