About the Role
We are looking for a strategic Copywriter who can turn insights into ideas and ideas into copy that actually converts. You can write a compelling headline and understand why it tested well. You can flex from a 15-second video script to a long-form landing page and back again, without losing the voice.
In this role, you’ll collaborate across creative, media, account, and strategy teams to develop campaigns that not only sound great but deliver. From concept to execution, you’ll own the messaging process, developing copy that feels native to where it lives, whether that’s a paid social ad, an email sequence, a landing page, or a brand campaign.
This is a remote position based in Texas. Austin preferred.
What You’ll Do
Write high-impact campaign copy across paid media, social, email, landing pages, web, and video
Develop messaging frameworks and campaign concepts in collaboration with creative and strategy teams
Adapt brand voice across multiple clients and industries with consistency and fluency
Translate campaign briefs and audience insights into copy that converts
Optimize content using performance data, SEO best practices, and A/B learnings
Participate in client presentations and clearly articulate copy decisions
Edit and proof your own work and support QC across the team
What You Bring
A link to your portfolio showcasing relevant copywriting, campaign, and performance-driven work
3+ years of copywriting experience in an agency or performance marketing environment
Proven range across formats: campaign concepts, digital ads, long-form content, social, and conversion-focused copy
Deep comfort writing for paid media channels (search, social, display, video)
Strong collaboration instincts; you work with creative teams, not alongside them
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Sharp eye for grammar, brand consistency, and detail
Must be located in Texas; Austin preferred
Nice to Have
Experience with A/B testing or conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Hispanic market or Spanish-language copywriting experience
