Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Our client, a leading communications provider, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. This position is located in Stamford, Connecticut.
Core Responsibilities

Develops marketing strategies, campaigns, and events to build brand awareness and drive revenue growth
Conducts research and analysis to identify target market segments and evaluate the competitive landscape
Establishes product, service, and promotional priorities based on projected outcomes, balancing short- and long-term returns against available resources
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with broader strategic and operational goals
Monitors market penetration and customer satisfaction to inform decision-making
Leads the development and production of promotional materials supporting product launches and sales efforts
Supports internal communications, training, and incentive programs to enhance engagement and performance
Implements processes and systems to improve the consistency and efficiency of marketing activities while meeting the needs of both internal stakeholders and external customers
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

7+ years of relevant experience
Ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating efforts across a variety of functional areas
Extensive knowledge of emerging digital trends and technologies
Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
Ability to drive results within a matrixed organization

Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between

$43.00 and $53.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
