Media Account Manager The Media Account Manager supports the Account Management and Account Executive teams across a portfolio of Kroger brands, playing a key role in campaign strategy and execution. This role contributes to informing media plans, building audiences, and delivering post-campaign reporting and insights.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of Kroger Precision Marketing (KPM) media products and hands-on experience with 84.51 Stratum, leveraging data to answer client questions and inform media strategy. Responsibilities include owning audience builds, analyzing 84.51 Stratum reports, translating insights into actionable recommendations that drive performance, and assisting with post-campaign QA and reporting.

Responsibilities:
Support the Account Management team with campaign intake and setup, ensuring all requirements are captured accurately.
Deliver precise and timely audience sizing and final targeting to enable on-time, error-free campaign execution.
Assist in QA and validation of wrap report analyses, ensuring insights and recommendations are accurate and actionable.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives, Account Management, Campaign Operations, Data Scientists, and Client Partners to execute client campaigns effectively.
Proactively identify and troubleshoot campaign issues, partnering with Campaign Operations and Account Managers to implement solutions.
Leverage 84.51 Stratum to pull, analyze, and interpret reporting that informs and strengthens media strategy.
Interface with cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution across campaigns.
Manage a high volume of campaigns with strong attention to detail, working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent work experience
1+ years of experience managing client relationships within targeted marketing communications or related projects
Knowledge of Kroger Precision Marketing inventory and its differentiation in the marketplace
Proficiency in 84.51 Stratum
Experience with Bullseye, Prism, and KAP platforms is a plus
Strong attention to detail with effective project management capabilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Technical proficiency and ability to leverage tools accurately and efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000 USD
