About The Role
TENEX.AI MDR is building world‑class experiences — from flagship tradeshows and executive roundtables to original podcast episodes and high‑converting webinars. We're looking for an Events, Podcasts & Webinars Intern who thrives on bringing big ideas to life through flawless execution and compelling programming. You'll sit at the center of how TENEX.AI connects with its audience — in rooms, on screens, and in earbuds. This is an execution + production role with real ownership, real visibility, and real deliverables that will define your early marketing career.

Event Planning & Execution

Support end‑to‑end event planning for tradeshows, executive dinners, customer programs, and hosted experiences

Coordinate logistics: venue sourcing, vendor management, staffing plans, run‑of‑show, and onsite execution

Assist with event registration, materials, swag, and setup

Support VIP and executive meeting programs including scheduling and briefing documents

Manage pre‑ and post‑event outreach and CRM tracking (Salesforce / HubSpot)

Podcast Production & Management

Coordinate end‑to‑end podcast episode production — guest outreach, scheduling, briefing, recording logistics

Support script preparation, show notes, and episode descriptions

Liaise with audio/video editors and manage production timelines

Manage podcast publishing and distribution across platforms (Spotify, Apple, YouTube, etc.)

Track listener metrics and audience engagement to inform future programming

Webinar & Virtual Events

Coordinate webinar production from concept to post‑event follow‑up — speaker prep, registration pages, run‑of‑show

Support platform management (Zoom, ON24, or equivalent) including tech rehearsals and live moderation

Own attendee communications: invitations, reminders, confirmation emails, and post‑event recaps

Assist with repurposing webinar content into clips, blog posts, and social assets

Track registrant and attendance data and report on pipeline impact

Reporting & Program Insights

Track event, podcast, and webinar performance (attendance, leads, pipeline, engagement)

Build post‑event recaps and present findings and recommendations to the team

Maintain program calendars, speaker databases, and event documentation

What We’re Looking For

Exceptional organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication — you can brief an executive or write a compelling invite with equal ease

Genuine enthusiasm for live experiences, digital media, and audience engagement

Comfort with tools like Zoom, Eventbrite, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms

A proactive, ownership mindset — you don’t wait to be told what needs to happen

Bonus: Podcast editing experience, event coordination background, or video production skills

Education & Background

Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Media Production, PR, or related field

Experience with campus events, club programming, podcasting, or broadcast media is a strong plus

Open to other majors with demonstrated event, content, or production experience

Capstone/Semester End Project — Resume‑Worthy Deliverable
As the centerpiece of your internship, you’ll own and present a comprehensive Event & Content Program Strategy — spanning our full portfolio of live, virtual, and audio experiences.

You’ll Build:

A strategic event plan covering flagship tradeshows, executive experiences, and hosted programs through Spring 2027

A webinar series roadmap — topic selection, speaker topics, cadence, and demand generation integration

A podcast programming strategy — episode themes, guest targeting, promotion plan, and growth tactics

Recommendations on where to invest (format mix, audience targeting, channel priorities)

An integrated measurement framework — pipeline impact, attendance trends, audience growth, and ROI

Final strategy and recommendations to Marketing leadership

A clear rationale behind event and content format decisions

Expected business impact tied to demand generation and brand goals
