Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our medical device sales organization. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, spearheading new business development, and leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the medical device industry, proven leadership experience, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.

- Lead prospecting efforts, evaluate potential accounts, and convert opportunities into long-term clients.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to launch new devices and solutions effectively.
- Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and representatives.

- Client Engagement

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex healthcare markets.
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations, compliance standards, and reimbursement models.
