Overview
Provides foundational pursuit support, maintaining speed, accuracy, and reliability across pursuit delivery within the Culture practice. Supports pursuit teams by coordinating materials, maintaining data and files, and applying firm standards and templates. Demonstrates strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn pursuit processes while contributing creatively and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
Coordinates pursuit submissions, assisting with go
o-go efforts, pursuit requirements, scheduling, and assignments, deadline tracking and version control
Prepares and formats qualification packages, proposals, and interview collateral, including text editing, graphic layout, resumes, and project schedules, ensuring compliance with firm brand standards
Applies firm templates and brand standards consistency across pursuit materials to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and visual consistency
Maintains organized pursuit files in standard formats and filing structures to support team efficiency and document reuse
Maintains and updates boiler plate and reusable content partnering with the marketing team to ensure materials are current and accurate
Creates, maintains, and updates marketing resource materials with direction from senior marketers
Updates and maintains information within the firm’s project and pursuit database systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
Supports data gathering and coordination efforts for pursuits and marketing initiatives
Learns and applies pursuit standards, tools, and processes, building foundational knowledge and readiness for increased responsibility
Qualifications
Professional degree in Marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically with 0-3+ years of professional services pursuit marketing experience
Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator preferred
Proficiency in InDesign
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong writing skills with experience in graphically designed page layouts
Strong attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and timely delivery
Strong interpersonal skills to forge trusting relationships with staff and clients at all levels
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Ability to communicate and present ideas in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing
Ability to problem solve and apply innovative solutions
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and independently manage priorities to deliver results
Ability to effectively meet deadlines at expected quality
Travel may be required
Base Salary Range: $64k - $72k annually - New York locations only.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
