Compensation
65K to 95K base salary with quarterly bonuses + benefits

The Role in a Nutshell
We are looking for a high‑profile Area Manager to lead our regional growth. You will manage a small, elite team of 4‑5 employees, grow a portfolio of existing accounts, and work directly with our VP level to hit major sales goals.

What you’ll do

Lead the Team: Hire, train, and coach a sales team to hit their targets.

Manage Key Accounts: Own the relationship with our top‑tier clients.

Financial Reporting: Handle budgeting and create sales reports for customers.

Executive Strategy: Meet with VPs to align regional plans with company goals.

Account Reviews: Run regular “check‑ups” on accounts to ensure we are winning.

What you need to bring to the role

Proven experience managing a team (4+ people).

Strong sales background with a history of hitting goals.

Ability to manage budgets and read financial data.

Exceptional communication skills (you’ll be the face of the region).
