Overview
AvePoint is seeking a driven and analytical Summer Paid Media Intern to support global advertising initiatives tied to major campaigns and key industry events. This role offers hands‑on experience in enterprise B2B marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and full‑funnel Go‑To‑Market (GTM) digital marketing activations.
You will work closely with the AMER marketing team to help execute and optimize paid media programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. This is a high‑impact opportunity for candidates interested in building a long‑term career in enterprise digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and other advertising platforms.
Assist in building and launching campaigns aligned to major product launches and industry events.
Help implement Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting enterprise accounts.
Monitor campaign pacing and performance, identifying optimization opportunities and supporting optimization tests.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance summaries for internal stakeholders.
Contribute to testing strategies for ads creative, ads messaging, and audience targeting.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a master’s degree, ideally graduating within the next 12 months.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.
Proficient in Google Analytics and advanced Excel.
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Clear communicator who can work effectively across teams.
Strong interest in B2B marketing, SaaS, and enterprise sales environments.
Digital media marketing internship experience.
Hands‑on global/international media buying experience.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
Prior experience in fast‑paced, performance‑driven marketing environments.
Compensation
The typical base compensation range for this position is $18–$20 per hour. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
