Product Operations Specialist (Technical + LLM)
Location: New York, NY (Remote)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$80/hour, Hourly contractor, Paid weekly
Role Responsibilities
- Support program execution strategy for multiple products and platforms.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Google Sheets.
- Leverage AI agents and tools for data analysis and automation.
- Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Manage programs to identify opportunities and predict roadblocks through data analysis.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or program management.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Experience with AI agents and AI-assisted workflows.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Self-starter mentality.
- Eager to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Effective critical thinking.
- Proven time-management and organizational skills.
- Data annotation/labeling skills and LLM training experience.
Preferred
- Experience with VS Code or similar development environments.
- Experience with low-code
o-code prototyping or AI-assisted code generation. - Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or data infrastructure concepts.
- Experience working with engineering teams on technical specifications.
- Background in quality assurance, triage operations, or ML/AI validation workflows.
- Experience with testing, developing, and implementing test strategies for products and features.
Compensation & Legal
W-2 employment through Cincinnatus. Hourly contractor, Paid weekly.
