Description
Drive renewals with CAE and CSM to preserve contracts.
Engage decision makers to identify requirements and roadblocks.
Meet or exceed quarterly renewal revenue goals.
Own end-to-end renewal: strategy, negotiation, contracting, forecast.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities during renewal.
Communicate risk and escalates with CSM to resolve issues.
Requirements
3-5 years experience in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success.
Proven track record of meeting revenue targets in renewals.
Experience handling high-volume renewal transactions.
Proficient with Salesforce and Google Sheets.
Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and written communication.
Ability to analyze data and forecast renewal outcomes.
Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
