Leading a team of Renewals Managers, the full-time Manager, Renewals will drive performance and accountability while managing the end-to-end renewal process and improving forecast accuracy in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Renewals Managers to enhance performance and career growth
Establish clear KPIs and operating rhythms across the renewal function to ensure consistent execution
Manage the renewal motion, including contract renewals and retention strategies, while collaborating with Customer Success and Sales teams
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of sales experience in SaaS, cloud, or technology with a focus on renewals and retention
3-5+ years of experience leading or building sales or renewals teams
Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation and pricing strategy
Experience with Salesforce and renewal forecasting
