Focused on maximizing customer retention and account expansion, the full-time remote Renewals Manager will develop strategies for contract renewals, collaborate with account executives, and act as the primary contact for renewal inquiries.
Key responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for contract renewals, aiming to maximize retention and identify upsell opportunities
Collaborate with account executives to ensure a seamless renewal process and engage proactively with customers ahead of renewal dates
Conduct account reviews to forecast renewals accurately and implement strategies to mitigate churn risks

Required qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales, sales development, or account management, preferably in enterprise software
Proven ability to maintain and grow customer relationships with a focus on high retention rates
Strong analytical skills for tracking renewal metrics and identifying growth opportunities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing customer expectations effectively
A results-driven mindset, motivated by meeting and exceeding targets
