Position Summary

Adecco Staffing is working with a local insurance company in Portland who is looking for a TA Administrative Support. This is a short-term temporary opportunity for 3-6 months.
Key Responsibilities

Provide critical administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, focusing on interview scheduling and coordination.
Manage end-to-end interview logistics, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth, timely, and professional interview experience.
Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones, coordinate panel interviews, manage interview changes or conflicts, and ensure all interview details (calendars, links, confirmations, materials) are accurate and communicated clearly.
Support recruiter efficiency and maintain a positive candidate experience while operating within established TA processes and guidelines.
Position does not include requisition ownership, candidate selection, or offer-related responsibilities.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Strong organization, communication, multi-tasking, and customer service skills.
