Director of Account Management
Responsible for account management for all properties that have moved into normal operations in the Palm Beach & The Greater Treasure Coast region. This position manages a team of approximately 4 Regional Managers and 20 Account Managers. In addition to managing the Account Management team, the Director of Account Management is responsible for renewal contracts for all active accounts. This includes monitoring expiration dates and guiding the account through the renewal sales process to meet the necessary parameters to extend the existing term and maintain revenue for the company.

Responsibilities

Manage the Account Management team and staffing needs as new accounts are signed.

Effectively manage high level issues affecting properties (internally and externally) to a positive resolution.

Develop trusted, long‑term relationships with board members, property managers, key personnel, and customer expectations. Regularly check the customer satisfaction of board members, property management/staff and VIP customers.

Network and build relationships within the region to promote brand awareness to support business development/growth.

Coach and develop Account Managers to optimize individual performance, team performance and customer satisfaction.

Ensure team members are regularly trained and updated on Hotwire products and services, changes in Hotwire policies/procedures and the art of providing White Glove Customer Service.

Renewal contracts for all active accounts in the region.

Achieve assigned account management objectives for Hotwire serviced residential communities.

Minimum Qualifications

Prior work experience in Telecommunications or other service provider company required.

Minimum five years of successful, customer facing team leadership experience in the telecom industry.

Account management team leadership experience in the bulk residential HOA community and/or sales segment required.

BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Demonstrated ability to attract and recruit top talent and build high‑performing teams.

Experience working effectively across diverse functional departments within a company.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook email).

Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record and reliable transportation required.
