Digital Training Content Producer – Hybrid
Location: Towson, MD, United States

Work setting: In office 3 days a week

Digital Content Producer role in Stanley Black & Decker University training team. Responsible for creating digital media such as videos, live broadcasts, photography, and graphics to support upskilling of the Tools & Outdoor workforce.

Responsibilities

Work with the training team to develop and create educational digital content.

Drive the content production process from pre-production through post-production.

Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to write scripts, prepare shot lists, and storyboard video projects.

Operate cameras, audio equipment, and edit video for multi-camera live broadcasts.

Manage training content libraries and promote training materials across the organization.

Support new technologies as they become available.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a video production role, covering pre-production, production, and post-production.

Graduate degree in Digital Media Production or a related field.

Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of video production.

Strong technical skills in Premiere and Adobe Creative Suite.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and high production standards.

Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with fast turnarounds.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with live broadcast production using Blackmagic equipment is a plus.

Experience with set design is a plus.

Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Portfolio with relevant work experience and examples.

Benefits & Compensation
Competitive salary range: $62,200.00 – $100,200.00 annually. Salary may vary based on level, location, and experience.
