$70,000 - $80,000/year (+bonus & profit sharing)

Position Overview:

Our client, a nationally recognized specialty food and consumer goods brokerage, is seeking a

Sales Support Manager

to lead a team of Sales Support Specialists. This role supports day-to-day sales execution and operations, ensuring the sales team has the tools, data, and resources needed to drive retail growth and brand success.
Responsibilites:
Lead and develop a team of Sales Support Representatives
Partner with Sales leadership on priorities and execution needs
Manage deductions, rebates, forecasting, new item setup, and retailer portals
Support customer presentations, samples, and sales materials
Oversee pricing updates, item changes, and customer communications
Maintain accurate CRM and customer data
Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent CPG experience
1-2 years of management experience
Background in CPG, brokerage, or specialty food distribution
Strong communication and leadership skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
CRM experience required (Quickbase a plus)
