You'll play a critical role in driving client success, uncovering growth opportunities, and shaping long-term partnerships.
You'll be the go-to person for a portfolio of high-value clients – focused on outcomes, not just check-ins.
Own and grow relationships across multiple CeriFi brands and verticals
Build trust with key decision-makers to drive long-term loyalty
Gain key development in your professional journey while having a great time doing it
Identify new revenue opportunities through consultative conversations
Work directly with solutions that have a strong market need
Align client goals with tailored solutions that drive impact
Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless services and support
We're looking for someone who knows how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution – someone who leads with integrity, accountability, listens actively, and drives results.
3+ years of B2B account management or client success experience
Experience working with mid-market clients (bonus points for edtech or financial services)
Proven success in growing accounts and hitting targets
Clear communicator and confident presenter
Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree required
