Summary

Assist in the Music Department
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The work will include, but is not limited to, assisting the Division Coordinator for Liberal Arts and Humanities, the Director of Choral Activities, the Director of Jazz and Commercial Studies, and the Music Admissions Coordinator.

Tasks include: physical organization and clerical data entry for the choral and instrumental digital libraries (sheet music libraries and program item inventories), updating mailing lists and sending concert/recruitment materials, organizing and cleaning physical spaces: the MPS/G200M, chorale/instrumental storage spaces, etc...

MUST BE A STUDENT AT SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY
Must be

Federal Work Study Eligible
Must Include a Resume and Cover Letter
They must be able to lift materials up to 50 pounds, when needed, and should have working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suite Applications. Additional expectations include strong and timely communication skills, excellent time management skills, a willingness to be flexible with tasks while meeting deadlines, and the ability to prioritize while multi-tasking.
